Whoopsies, I was accidentally late for day 17! I had completed the piece, and posted it on my Instagram and Twitter (my handles are both @CozyRebekah), but I forgot to post it here.
This is because I was working on some NaNoWriMo planning yesterday.
For day 18 I deviated a bit from Djamila Knopf‘s prompt list, as today’s botanical subject was supposed to be ebony wood. But I couldn’t find any inspiring reference pictures of ebony wood, so instead I decided to go with Echeveria, which is a beautiful kind of succulent.
