A small confession about myself: New Year’s Eve is my favorite holiday. I love the excitement of counting in a new year, the fun vibes of hanging out with my family until midnight, and most of all: I love the fresh start feeling that a new year brings in. As someone who genuinely enjoys setting goals and making to do lists, New Year’s is the perfect holiday for me!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to celebrate New Year’s Eve last year, because I was recovering from jaw surgery. I also didn’t set any goals or do really anything for the new year, and it really messed me up for the first few months of 2020, making what was already a difficult year even more stressful for me.
So to prevent this from happening in 2021 I am going all out this year! Starting with a checklist of things I want to do at the start of 2021 to get things organized and to ‘clean out the old to make room for the new’ as they say.
